Re: Insert blank page at start of document 24/07/2014 14:24, Johannes_B I have tested your example (correcting one little mistake and deleting the input-lines).
All title pages are on right hand pages (odd nunmbers). In the main part, some start at even pages (left hand side).... Insert blank page at start of document 24/07/2014 12:58, mike1264 I would like a title page to appear on a right-side page, following a blank page on the left side,in a book set up to start chapters on any page.
\... Do Caption independently in different environment, plz help! 24/07/2014 12:37, thanhnguyen Hi,
In Lyx, I use book class for a document. I would like to do caption the figures and equations in Example environment differently than in main body text.

When I use Lyx's Insert Citation, they don't appear even though there is an entry in the .bib file. How do I overcome this?... Re: hyperref links not working with includePDF 23/07/2014 22:37, Stefan_K They also said that this may be a bug in LaTeX.

I've read somewhere else that the solution is really painfull to apply. I don't think it's really worth all the troubles, just for a few URLs on the title page. They also said that this may be a bug in LaTeX....
Re: tug.org sources and other tarball 23/07/2014 22:14, Stefan_K I would download the ISO image. It's pretty new still.
If you are curious what those tarballs contain, perhaps download and look at the contents, there may be a "readme" file.
