TeX Live Manager not working properly

Hello,

I'm calling the TeX Live Manager via
Code: Select all  •  Open in writeLaTeX
sudo tlmgr --gui

I'm closing it vi athe red X, as usual. Unfortunately, the terminal doesn't close as well. Does anyone know what the problem might be? (I'm guessing it doesn't send a proper "signal" back to some Linux daemon.)
OS: Win 7 64-bit LaTeX: MikTeX 2.9 64-bit Editor: TXC 1 RC1
