Expert for Custom Document Class Creation

I love the documents \LaTeX produces, but do not have the time to create a custom class for my personal needs.

Do you know how one would go about hiring someone to create a document class?

Have a look at the TUG list of TeX consultants. You could also specify your specific requirements here. Somebody who reads it might offer consultancy. I could post a link to here for you on my blog.
