Texmaker version 3.5.1 has been released on October 31, 2012. The free cross-platform LaTeX editor now supports export via TeX4ht to HTML, Open Document and MathML.

Update, November 2, 2012: version 3.5.2 appeared today which fixes the bug about the shortcut of the "quick build" command.

Enhancements in this version, from the ChangeLog file:

An export wizard to HTML, Open Document and MathML has been added, working via TeX4ht.
In a command, ## would now be replaced by #, !! by !, %% by % and @@ by @. In this way the characters #, !, % and @ can now be used in a command, which is required, for example, by the Okular viewer.
Standard output messages are now displayed also for the bib(la)tex command.
XeLaTeX has been added to the standard commands, there's a new "quick compilation" mode : xelatex + view pdf.
A directory can be added to the system path, via a new option in the configuration dialog (Qt>=4.6 is required).
Several bugs have been fixed.

Can it be that you said \usepackage{inputenc} but saved the file in another encoding, latin1 say? I solved my problem. Can you tell us how? Other users might have a similar problem and would surely appreciate if they had an explanation and solution. Regards...

I don't know anything about tkz-euclide. Line was just there. Do not use code lines or packages from which you don't know what they do and what they are for. But I couldn't find these. I have MiKTeX 2.9. Update your TeX system by the MiKTeX Package Manager....

Thanks for the help. I don't know anything about tkz-euclide. Line was just there. I don't even have the package. This is just what I needed. Thanks for your time. It says: needs etex and fp; requires and automatically loads PGF/TikZ 2.1; But I couldn't find these. I have MiKTeX 2.9....

TeXworks wasn't able to handle the umlauts and eliminated them. I cannot confirm this, I'm typing German umlauts with TeXworks all the time. It should work out of the box. Or did you perhaps use a different editor to enter the text?...
