 Comprehensive SI Units Package
 News - LaTeX Math & Science Written by Sven Sunday, 22 February 2009 09:37 Joseph Wright has updated his siunitx package to version 1.2f. The new version introduces the ability to disable literal unit processing and new units for chemical engineers (g-mol, kg-mol, lb-mol). The siunitx package is a package for typesetting values with units. According to the author the package takes the best from other existing packages and adds new features and a consistent interface.  Calculating Formulas in a Tabular Environment

 Drawing reflective and refractive Optics Diagrams

The release provides a new style for the optical axis and the documentation is now in the PSTricks style. The pst-optic package can be used for drawing both reflective and refractive optics diagrams. Besides some bug fixes the new version supports the specification of a rsync-server URL.  News - LaTeX's Friends Written by Sven Monday, 02 February 2009 18:51 Alexander Grahn has updated his AcroReloadPDF script: The reload utility can now be invoked using the keyboard by pressing [Alt]+[F] followed by [D]. The small JavaScript file which has just been released a few days ago, adds an item to the Adobe Reader's menu, that allows reloading the current PDF file. Read more...
